About this video

Co-founder and CEO Harsimrat Bhasin walks through the three values that define how Neewee works internally and with customers.

The first is empathy — starting every conversation from the customer's actual problem. The second is the idea weighing scale: the best idea wins, regardless of where it came from, and people are expected to defend their thinking under critique. The third is transparency — talking openly about goals, constraints, and trade-offs in both directions, with the team and with the customer.

Useful for prospective hires, partners, and customers who want to understand the operating principles before — or during — a working relationship with the company.
